All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below-given steps to register your dispute within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained by us.

How to raise a return request for an order?
You need to raise your return request by sending an email to info@simple2stylish.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that our customer service team can process your return further. Please mention your order number in the email.

After we review your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on the resolution or return of your item. Please allow our customer service team for three days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches to us in good condition.

Return Conditions
1. You have to 7 days to decide whether the product is fit for you or not, if not then you can touch with us on our mail ID within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items that you want to return must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the items, please make sure that products are returned with the original tags and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. A refund will only be issued only after through a quality check of the product.
3. No return will be accepted which is directly sent back to our warehouse without informing our customer service team.
4. No return will be accepted for an item sold during promotional offers.
5. We don’t provide a reverse pickup facility for returning products. Customers must have to self-courier the product at her own cost.
